Have you been declared an Undesirable Person by an Immigration Officer? Have you overstayed on your visa period or maybe your conditions of your visa? A person who is regarded an Undesirable Person in terms of Section 30 of the Immigration Act, are usually served with a notice to inform such a person/s that he/she is an Undesirable Person, at a port of entry/Departure (Border Post or Airport). Depending on the reason for declaring you Undesirable, you have only 3 (three) or 10 (ten) days to request the Department of Home Affairs Head Office to review the decision by the Immigration Officer who declared you Undesirable.
