Service Description

The most common reason for refusal of entry for any traveler to South Africa, is when such traveler was v-listed, has a fraudulent visa in his/her passport, or is considered an undesirable or prohibited person in terms of the Immigration Act, 13 of 2002. The consequences of being refused entry into South Africa, are that you are returned to your country of origin on the next available flight to your country of origin or the country where you traveled from. This further entails that you are banned from entering and obtaining a visa to enter or reside or work in the Republic of South Africa. The process to follow after being denied entry should follow within a short period of time, normally, 3 days.
