What does it mean to be Prohibited?
Request for upliftment of Prohibition.
Service Description
Did you know that you are automatically a Prohibited Person in terms of Section 29 of the Immigration Act, if you are found in possession of a fraudulent visa, document, stamp or passport? There is no onus on the Department of Home Affairs to proof how you obtained such fraudulent visa, document, stamp or passport. You merely have to be found "in possession" of such fraudulent object to be a Prohibited person. You may be arrested and charged in a Criminal Court in terms of section 49 of the Immigration Act. What are the effects of being a Prohibited Person? This will mean that you do not qualify for entry into the Republic of South Africa and you do not qualify for any visa or residence. You will be black listed (V-listed) and will not be allowed to board any flight to South Africa neither will you be allowed to cross any border into the Republic of South Africa. We can help you to uplift the prohibition ban. Every matter will depend on its own merits. This is a long and tiring process but we will do our best to make it as smoothly as possible.
