CONCESSION: DO YOU QUALIFY?

The Department of Home Affairs issued a new concession for all foreigners who have submitted waiver applications and for Refugees/Asylum Seekers, until the end of December 2021. If you failed to submit an application for extension of your temporary visa by the end of September 2021 then you are considered an illegal foreigner. This concession only applies to foreigners with pending waiver applications and to Refugees or Asylum Seekers.
